One Month

At one month old Amelia:

 

Loves to smile at her older sister.  They are already great friends.  I love to see them interact with each other and am excited to see their relationship grow as they get older.

 

Naps REALLY well!  She has a little Fisher Price Sleep 'N Play cradle thing that she sleeps in.  She does not have a set schedule yet, but naps frequently.  She wakes up about 2 times per night to eat and then goes back to sleep usually.  Sometimes, though, she will be awake for a few hours in the middle of the night.  I am not a fan of those nights :)

 

Eats every 2 1/2 to 4 hours.  Usually it's every 3 hours.

 

Is very interested in all kinds of noises.  She is very aware of her surroundings and likes to be involved in everything that is going on.  When her dad and Katie play and wrestle she likes to be close by and smiles when they laugh.

 

 

 Every day Katie asks to hold the baby.  She does not call her Amelia or Mia, it's just "baby."

 

Daddy snuggle time.

 

She can sleep just about anywhere.

 

Play time.  I love having 2 girls!
