Easter

We had so much fun over the Easter weekend. Saturday we went out bright and early to Kate's first egg hunt. Our neighborhood does one every year. She found one by the pole and quite enjoyed playing with it. Doesn't she look excited? :)

She found another one on a chair. Yum, yum!

We then went over to my parents for their Easter party, which started out with egg coloring, then a race with all the grandkids (13 withone on the way). After the race we had dinner then decorated sugar cookies. It was A LOT of fun. Thanks mom for all your hard work!

Kate is starting to be able to stand on her own as long as she is holding on to something.

After church on Sunday we went out and took pictures in our Easter clothes.

I love this one!

We used the timer funciton on the camera and it was quite a chore to get Kate to look up. Finally we had to give her the binky to get her to be happy. This is the only one with her looking up.

We then went over to the Hawkins for Easter dinner. Aunt Annie gave Kate a pineapple swimming suit. Her first ever! We had to try it on her. Aren't her chubby legs so cute?
